+ How often should I get my hair extensions tightened?
We recommend having them tightened between 4-6 weeks after application.  Waiting beyond 6 weeks will require the extensions to be removed and reinstalled, at an additional cost.
+ Can I colour my hair with extensions at home?
We advise against colouring at home, as it could compromise the life expectancy of the hair extension. Engage the services of a professional to colour your hair and protect your extensions.
+ Sleeping with hair extensions?
Yes, you can sleep with hair extensions.  However, never go to bed with loose wet hair as this may cause tangling and knotting. We recommend putting your hair into a loose braid or bun.
